The objective of the project is to develop a residential building to facilitate the population of Islamabad with state-of-the-art residential area with all the required facilities in one place.
The project constitutes a building comprising of 238 units with green spaces lounge area as well as pools and terrace areas. There will be two basements, a lower ground floor, ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 10 upper floors. The space for car parking is in 2 basements and lower ground floor with a capacity of around 375 cars.
Total Plot area of the project is 13.72 kanal and the covered area of One Serene Residence is 585,000 sq.ft. This will include apartment buildings, Gym, Pools/Green/Open Spaces and water filtration plant.
The cost of the project is Rs. 3.51 billion and will be completed in 3.0 years.
