Evaluation is a systematic and objective assessment of an ongoing or completed project, programme or policy, its design, implementation and results. The aim is to determine the relevance and fulfillment of objectives, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability – as set out in the Evaluation Policy. For the Evaluation Studies, PPI uses the DAC Criteria: Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, Sustainability.
