Narrative Description of Project:

Pakistan Services Limited (PSL) is in the corporate world for more than 50 years incorporated in the year 1958 in Karachi as a public limited company. The Company is principally engaged in the hotel business and owns and operates the chain of “Pearl Continental Hotels” in Pakistan. PSL intended to construct a five star Pearl Continental Hotel in Mirpur, AJ&K. The objective of the project is as follows: To build a state of the art 5 star Hotel at Mirpur for providing luxurious and comfortable facilities, to meet the challenges of modern business, and to ensure safe and reliable living to the tourists and guests

  • Identified all significant impacts that may require detailed assessment;
  • Proposed mitigation measures to minimize, eliminate or to compensate the potential adverse impacts identified.
  • Prepared Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plan
  • Prepared Plantation Plan.
  • Prepared Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the project
