Description: The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of recycling plant based on potential of recyclables according to characterization and quantification study carried out in Union Council 9 & 10 of the Rawalpindi District. It is a part of recycling program for the purpose of reducing the amount of waste sent to the landfills/duping sites, and in turn, providing this discarded waste as a feedstock for a privately operated recycling facility to be transformed into a useful product
